GROWTH GROUP FAQ

What is a growth group?

A growth group is a group of 2 or more people who get together regularly to hang out, worship, and study the Bible together.

What happens at a growth group meeting?

You will typically meet at someone’s home, a coffee shop, or even a workplace. There, you’ll connect by discussing the most recent sermon, dive into scripture, and pray together. This is the best way to connect with others and engage in conversations that add value to your life.

How often does a growth group meet?

Groups meet on different days and different times of the week. Some groups meet every week, or every other week, or even once a month. Each group is unique!

Is childcare provided?

That is up to your group. Redeemer partners with groups in need of childcare by providing a small stipend to help cover some of the cost of childcare when you meet. You can request this by simply clicking the “Growth Group Childcare Stipend Request” button on this page.

What if I don’t like the group I try?

We know that not everyone will find the best fit with the first group they try, and that’s OK! If you are connected to a group that is simply “not a fit,” contact a Growth Group Team Member and they will work to re-connect you to a group that might better suite your needs. You can also start a group of your own with your friends, neighbors, or coworkers!
